REDDING, Calif., Aug. 14 (Redding Times) — Redding’s inaugural IRONMAN 70.3 Northern California is scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 16, bringing a 70.3-mile race through Whiskeytown Lake, Shasta County and the city while prompting traffic warnings across the region.
